Celtic Heroes

I’m a returning player that switched from iOS to android, but when I enter my information, I keep getting the error Account Conflict PW. I have tried with two different accounts. Agentyamski of Arawn, and Gaben lvl 148 of Mabon. I’ve already tried getting support to get Agentyamski’s account fixed, but when I put in the new username and password, it tells me that it is incorrect. Upon creating a new account, I searched for my character for agentyamski, but he isn’t even in the rankings?? Any way to get some assistance with this would be greatly appreciated, thank you ahead of time.
