Hey so i wa ting to change my email on an account and the email didn't come.. then I tried to reset password with the old email also didn't come so I'm not getting emails from support it was working fine 2 days ago:( how can I fix this problemo

I have no more registered accounts to send with and every time I try to register one I can't actually receive an email to confirm:)

. Character names, levels and worlds on the account
. Platinum purchases (values) on the account
. Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
. Trades on the account
. Some banked items on a particular character
. Email registered to the account

I don't remember any of those except for the stuff I obviously would remember like the name account level world email and account name :/ and also if I send in as much as I remember can I change my email on the account to my new one and can I also please actually start recieving emails.. also instead of me sending all the why can't u guys just fix emails xd

We can manually change your email for you. I think. Unless there is a bug in the tool that I'm unaware of...

Can I msg u my account details?? And just change the email and give me anew password cus I can't recieve emails... and apparently alllotnof people rhaving this issue
