Insanely slow email

Been over a week now since I tried to reset my password and still no emails. I've retried at least a dozen times. Anyone else have this issue?

I’ve also been having this problem. It’s also very frustrating, I thought I was the only one with this problem. I sent them emails and still no response yet and I’d like to be playing right now.
