email doesn't receive any support mail

hey i changed my account email on 24/12 and i resetted my password because i forgot the old one but new password after resetting doesn't come to my account email. i tried to reset alot of time but i still get no new password mail from support. i sent like 6 mails to [email protected] 2 days ago but i still get no response. so i can't log in my lvl 220 character now. how can i solve this problem?
