When logging into a past account a message appeared stating “Account Conflict PW Account name conflicted, change required”. A character on the account is a lvl 95 warrior named AxeSlinger and is on the world Gwydion.

I've got the same situation. I've been waiting from last week and still I have no reply. I've got a feeling that support just ignore this problem and don't want to solve it.

When logging into a past account a message appeared stating “Account Conflict PW Account name conflicted, change required”. A character on the account is a lvl 95 warrior named AxeSlinger and is on the world Gwydion.

Removed the conflict and updated your username to "YOURUSERNAME"ios and "YOURUSERNAME"android.
Should be able to sign in now.
