Email password reset function not working?

Hey everyone, I've been trying to reset my password through email because I unchecked the "remember me" box and its been a while since I entered it manually lol :/ so I'm trying to get a password reset through email but its not sending me it. Was just wondering is anyone else having this problem? I sent support an email to reset my password or email manually so hopefully they help. Also would be awesome if Muldar or a moderator could check the status on that. Its regarding a 216 rogue on Epona named Rosso. Thank you! and happy new years.

Allot of people r having thi sproblem an moderator pled me saying they will fix it so let’s not send more of these to waste there time lol

yes but I have a similar but kind of separate problem from this, is support able to manually change passwords/emails for problems such as mine? I already sent the info they ask for through email.

I’ve also been having the same problems sent emails and msged support about it. Now currently waiting for them to get everything fixed been bugging to play.

i have same proplem n i ve waited their mail for a week. this is insane!. hope they wont ignore

so ok their aware of the problem, so how are we suppose to know when they are going to fix it or if they fixed it? so what, you only have one guy trying to fix our issues?

Hey Heroes,
On occasion notification emails will be held in a queue as the server processes a high traffic load.
After further discussion with our programming team we have taken a number of steps to improve this process and hopefully eliminate the queue.
This was applied this week and should take affect shortly.
