Hi, I have a rogue named MagicsRogue on Epona and at one point I logged on a few months ago and it said that I had to change my password for security so I did. Now I'm trying to log on and play another few months later and it lets me log in with my old password but my new one doesn't work and it doesn't even show my characters exist. But when I logged on my other character on Epona I tried to mail my rogue and it still said it was a character. I am not really sure what to do because I know I also linked one of my emails to the account and they are not even registering as I have. Please help it is a level 215 rogue.

Hey Magics,

You are most likely signed into a different world server.
If you sign into your account and proceed through character creation and tap the globe icon found on the left before entering play.
This will allow you to change worlds to that which you previously made characters on.
