idk how to help a clanny... she forgot her account password... we told her to request for new password be sent to her email and she did... she tried to access the email she attached to the account but alas she forgot her email password (dont judge she was going thru stuff)... so she made a new email... and it has been a week that she cant access her toons. she played this game for five years and worked so hard to get her EG toons. any advise on how she can get in touch with Admin to help regain her account access?
