I recently recovered an alt account of mine via my email address however one of the toons on there appears to be stuck on the loading screen whenever i try to login.

Are you able to access the other character on the account without issue?
From a quick look over your character appeared to have an outdated quest on it which may have prevented login.
I've deleted the quest, let me know if you are able to login now

The other character is working fine.
I had only just recovered this account today and was able to log into this character when I initially had my pw reset and sent to my email but after I changed the pw I wasn't able to get back in to that character.
I've just attempted to log in again with same result being stuck on loading screen.
