Account issue

I went to reset my password from inside my account but when I did, it said my password was wrong. How could that be when I just used my password to login and play not even a minute before?

Can you provide me with your character name and world and I can investigate further?
Could you also send an email to [email protected] with the following and the team can assist in manually updating your password:
- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
