Wifi issues

Good day ,
Referring to your previous post
http://celtic-heroes.com/forum/viewtopi ... 69&t=11538 please note that in our region we are still facing an issue while we log from WiFi , the game throws every 5 seconds when we log in
Please note that I am using Apple products

Also note : usage of vpn is not allowed

Hi Ali,
Can you provide me with your world server and rough times of when you logged in?
We can check the server to see if it is throwing any exceptions, it may however be a region specific issue due to restrictions in place by your ISP.
