I got a message from support saying that they required my character names, servers, platinum purchases and all that. This is funny because I already sent them this information and they are asking for it again. This is taking forever now with one reply every week. Can you guys just give an answer either "yes" or "no" so I know whether I should invest in a new alt rogue? Accounts being appealed are Undercut, RageOfFire, etc.

Yeah the appeals/support system in this game is complete trash, I think they just get on 1 hour a week and send out a mass copy and paste to every case of them requesting that info and then get back for another hour next week lol. Don't think they actually read the content of the email.
