#2The last email appears to be the Support Team requesting the details of other characters found on the account.So I emailed support about 3 weeks ago or 2 and they started replying so fast it was going well now I am upto the last stage of the process and they haven't replied in 7 days please check my ticket!
Please reply with this information as it will help verify you as the owner of the account.
Also please ensure you do not send duplicate emails as this will delay the support procedure.
