Hi, I can’t log into my account, it says the account is conflicting. I’m on iOS and the toons are Robespierre and MrsZunaLuna. Can you please tell me how to fix it?

Hello I am also experiencing the same error if possible I would like this resolved I may willing to provide any information needed to the staff to resolve this.
