Have emailed support 3 times and haven't received any help

I have emailed support 3 times during the last week and a half and have recieved no response in return. I KNOW my log in info but my password is conflicted and i need it fixed people keep doing the wrong account and ive been patience but its starting to get annoying now tbh my name is grood im a level 78 druid on mabon and i havent played in 2 years so no clue why my account even has a issue on it in the first place
