I asked you guys to unlock my account and when i logged on to it my character was gone before i asked you guys to unlock it i could send him messages through the mail to make sure he was still a character and now it doesnt allow me to send them saying the details arent correct i just want my character back because he has a lot of high value items on him that i could really use on my new account
