I send a support ticket about it but just wondering

If you buy a mount purely from tokens, can OTM refund it ?

Or can they turn a battle mount (for example horse ) to another of the same level (for example wolf )

The Support Team will only refund pets / battlemounts of tiny / tame tier.

Are they able to swap mounts for a different species? I know they can remove or add items but Is it possible to have an elk switched to a wolf ?

not a support member but honestly seems like can easy thing to do. because it takes same amount of tokens either way.. it should not be that hard to use the support tool to remove Level x Elk and add level x Wolf hardest part would be finding a support member that has a few seconds to do the task.
