Account conflict pw

I am running into this issue, I have not logged in for a few years and have never had this problem. Any idea what is going on?

Hey Legend,
After we moved to cross platform, accounts with matching details to those on the opposite platform were marked as conflicted.
I've found your account from your character name and removed the conflict on your account.
You will now be able to sign in with "YOURUSERNAME"ios and "YOURUSERNAME"android.
Any issues let me know!

Conflict removed "YOURUSERNAME"ios and "YOURUSERNAME"android to sign in.

Is there a way to reset my passwords? I believe this was before the time of linking them to e mails
