Account Conflict PW

Hey,
My character's name is Shaylah (Gwydion).
When I tried to sign in with multiple passwords, it kept popping up with "Account Conflict PW" dialog box.
It says "Account name is conflicted, change required," but I do not know where or how to change it.
Can you help me in retrieving my old account back, please?

PS. Also, both of my iOS account and Android account has same ID.
