Celtic Heroes

On my account, I have made sure it’s set for the email I Register(which it is) but for some reason I am not receiving email notifications when someone mails me in game. I’ve checked several times to make sure it’s set to receive them and it is but I’m still not receiving the email notifications. I’d appreciate it if admin or support person would pm me so I can figure out what is going on. I will say this though, when I made the account, I was having problems registering my email. Like it took a while to make my email register.

Who is your email account with? I think there are a couple of providers that can cause some issues such as Hotmail.

I also have Gmail but my emails always come to my account. I wonder yours get send to spam instead of your actual email box.

hmm.. not sure than. Is your notifications on from settings? As in go to settings of your phone>notifications>Celtic heroes>turn on
