No response from support

I have mailed support about getting a refund on my level 4 reaver amulet twice now its been about a week with no reply now. Last time i mailed them it took one day. Any idea what the hold up is?

Hi,
In many cases the speed of the ticket answered depends on the amount of the tickets send. Support goal is to answer them all as fast as possible without any mistakes. In the future I would suggest waiting two weeks before sending another ticket since all it does is puts your other one farther on the list since i am pretty sure VR Support does tickets based on their time being in the mailbox. If after two weeks you don’t get an answer I’d suggest PM the Support person himself explaining the issue.
Su Mucheng is Community New Support/Appeal Member so if you get ignored for few weeks I would suggest just kindly PM him asking if he could look into the ticket and see where it is at.

In-game support is a little backed up this week. *cough cough* Please be patient. We'll get through the tickets as soon as we can.
For emails, be sure to check your spam folder. Those are caught up.
