Appeals

So yesterday I made a rookie mistake.. I send a ticket to Appeals but I kinda said wrong level of the character since account been not used since 2013 due to banning. Since I didn’t provide much info I am pretty sure I’ll a generic Support answer about Characters, Items, Creation Dates, Platinum purchases.. should I go ahead and just resend a new ticket with that info so it kinda speeds it up

They will probably reply with the usual "sending multiple tickets only slows down the process further"
