Hello, I recently changed the password to my toon "swagish" (223 ranger on the server belenus, clan ronin) and apperently misspelled the password. When I tried to reset via email, it would say "username or email incorrect" however I know I spelled both correctly. I also know my email is registered because I got a password change notification. Is there any way y'all could reset it for me and have it sent to my registered email please? Thank you for your time

Edit: I've also tried putting in and taking out caps for email and password in reset part.. nothing works...

There is a bug that if your username is synced to the database with a capital letter it won't let you change the password.

BUT looking at your toon name, you linked to Facebook. You need to sign in with Facebook.
