Not getting password reset email

Hi, I’ve been trying to reset my password but im not getting an email. I checked every junk folder etc, im on the right email and all. Is there any other way to reset my password?

You shouldn't need to go through email to change your password. You should be able to enter your current one and type the new one and you're good to go.

Hes trying to reset it, not change. Probably needs to reset because he forgot his password.
