Celtic Heroes

After I reinstalled the game on my iPhone I can no longer access any of my accounts. I had to reinstall because there wasn’t enough room for the update. Now when I try to access my account the create new character section comes up. Am I doing something wrong. I have no problems on my iPad, only on my iPhone. Please help,

Proceed with the character selection and before you enter game pick the server that you were in.
