Forgot password, no new one in email

I submitted a request to receive new email as I had apparently forgotten what it was. Oddly enough, it was working this morning earlier. Now that I've requested a new one, and I do have a registered email, I'm not receiving the new password. Is there a problem I'm not aware of?
