Password Reset

Hi, I tried the forgotten password form on the app and I didn't get an email from it, so I emailed support about 3 days ago and no response yet. How do I know if they got my email/when they will respond?

VR Support doesn't work on weekends (so it's been in the queue for ~ 1.5 days), and there are only 1-2 support personal. I would expect a response by Friday.

We're a bit behind. Working on getting everything caught up. Yesterday was a Thai holiday, so today is Monday.
