I forgot old password, used the change password icon. The new password given by you keeps comming up incorrect. Please help!!

I know my password and I stil get wrong password when im trying to change password.
So always I have to mail Support to change my password. Is there a way around this?
Also if you could check the 2000 frost orbs pls. Ive sent mail around 10-12 days ago. To you and support. No awnsers stil
