Celtic Heroes

Support restored my toon about 6 days ago but i made a new toon by accident before the original one was restored. Now whenever I try to log in i get stuck on an infinite "loading game" screen. I also emailed about the issue a while ago but havent had a response. My toon is thejokinrogue Lvl 190 in the server Rhiannon. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

Not sure if this is fixed or not but.. if this ever happens I’d suggest just making another character on a different server and do a quick platinum offer that worth like 5 platinum and just getting another character slot with that platinum. It fixed that issue 100% of the time
