Support is not responding! Help!

Is anyone else having problems like this? Did anything work to fix it?
(I sent a request to support on the evening of the 25th of October. It is now the evening of the 30th. I can't play for 5+ days? I am extremely disappointed in the lack of "supportive support" lately from OTM. Other messages sent to support in the last half year have also been fruitless, but at least I could still play the game. I hope more care will be put into supporting players. I was going to spend several hundred dollars on platinum if/when they have another double platinum event but I am having second thoughts.)
This is what's happening:
During game play, without warning, I am instantly sent to the main sign in screen. There is no error that says I have been disconnected from server or anything. When I hit the "continue" button, it acts like it is connecting, but after it clocks for a long time, it sends me back to the log in screen and gives the error message that I have been disconnected from the server. After I hit "continue" again I am allowed to log in like normal and after 5 minutes the same exact thing happens again.
This happens every 5 minutes exactly, almost like it is on a schedule. I have tried exiting, closing out, and restarting the game at 4 minutes (at a more convenient time in gameplay). It connected and I again got booted off after 1 minute (which would have been exactly 5 minutes after I had been booted last time).
I have tried:
-Clearing all cache on my entire phone.
-Shutting down phone and removing the battery for 5 minutes.
-Reinstalling Celtic Heroes and clearing cache again.
