Hello, I'm geting false accusations about selling and buying accounts a player approached me saying he will report me, I just started playing again after I quit for a few months, the player showed me screen shots of a 3rd party chat called Line, I believe im geting fasly accused of this i don't know what to do and I'm scared that my account will be banned for something that I didn't do. Someone is pretending to be me in this 3rd party chat, the player is in the same clan as me and same class so I believe he's trying to get me banned because we're competing with each other for gear. If possible could you pick this just incase the other player sees this post. I really don't want to start anything I just want to clear my name thank you.

It’s not OTM anymore that does that. They are long gone. VR(Virtual Realms) deals with that stuff. They won’t ban you over a 3rd party app. Or I don’t think they will. They’re not supposed to. They can’t prove that’s you unless they go on that app themselves and then catch you in game trying to sell stuff. Tbh VR has been pretty lenient on bans from what I’ve seen. From account sharing, to being disrespectful and hateful to others, or event item scamming with the similar name thing. I think you’ll be fine. They only ban bots from what I’ve seen. I’ve reported multiple times and so have half a dozen others I know that have been breaking the ToS and nothing is reprimanded. It’d be nice if they at least gave in game warnings like OTM used to. If you were being rude in game, especially in shout, they’d give you an in game message telling you to knock it off and if you didn’t they would take extra actions. Tbh I think that would help a lot. I’m going to have to lock this topic as we’re not allowed to discuss bans, but I will say that vr doesn’t decide bans solely on third party apps.
