Logging in issues

I’ve followed all steps that’s the support website told me to do. I Fully powered down my device Turned my iPhone 6 back on and Launced the Celtic Heroes app and tried on a different wifi network but it just keeps telling me the same thing and I don’t know what to do anymore can you please get back to me for a solution.
