After this reset I still had the invisible mobs and NPCs issue. So I decided to once again clear cache, data, uninstall app, power down device, re install the app. Only now when I put in my account info the game doesn't load my characters, just takes me to the character selection screen as if I'm trying to start a new account. The same thing happens after I download the game on my friends iPhone 8+ that she uses as an iPod ( no sim apple). Please help me lol. I was looking forward to this xp event since it was hinted at.

Did you make sure your on the correct server? With mine sometimes I have to make a new character before it gives the server option.
