Retriveing accounts

Hi, i have contacted support through email about trying to recover 2 of my old accounts. The support team agreed to help me re register them to a new email, this was about a month ago, since then the communication has ceased and im still waiting, the two characters on the accounts i have refered to on email are GreenyPeeny & Climax, druid and ranger. TIA
