Stuck on infinite loading screen

I'm new to this game I havent got to play much yet not sure what is going on won't load anymore I've got it to load a couple times and never would again ive been struggling for days to fix plz hel.p.. I have Deleted and reinstalled I have tried just the casch still just loading
