I keep trying to buy platinum and it tells me that my purchase could not be made but I have money on my apple. What’s going on?

This seems like it would be an issue with the app/play store. Unfortunately I’m not sure how to fix it...I’d recommend sending in a Support ticket. However, just as a heads-up, Support is out of the office for the weekend, so they won’t be able to help you out until Monday at the earliest.
