I started playing Celtic Heroes in either September or October, I can't remember which, because I saw this game on my brother's iPod and was like oh that looks cool. My first character was in Rosmemerta (or however you spell it) and was a ranger. I remember starting out and not knowing how to do anything. I didn't figure out how to talk to gaurd (now deceased) on the beach for about an hour and went around spamming SharpShot even though it didn't work because I didn't have anything selected. When I finally learned how to do it, I attacked a scrawny grey wolf and was killed because I was lvl 1
.I then started a character in Arawn because it started with a an a and I had a brilliant plan to make a character in every world and own them (btw still working on that in Arawn). So why not start with the top of the alphabet. I made a rogue named quickstrike and was much more successful with him. This is mainly due to the fact that someone, I can't remember who, invited me to their clan, I can't remember which, and gave me full lamellar armor for free. I was becoming successful with my rogue until I made my worst decision and bought an ancient spear. I was so mad that this thing was so slow and I wasn't even trained in it that I quit this character and made a new one: DarrenSharper. (This is about December)
I found Darren much easier to level as a warrior and soon passed quickstrike's former levels. I got my redclaw armor and was making my way towards ancient plate gloves. I then bought them from someone. I then proceeded to sell them for more then I bought them for some idiot reason. I traded with a guy who said he had the money on his alt. I said ok, gave him the gloves and then waited for him to log which he never did. Yes I fell for that
So furious with myself I quit and joined Lugh and created a Ranger, this only lasted for about a week before I was back on Darren. I then became obssessed, joined Badabing, and leveled non stop. After I got to about 84 I toned it down growing bored and decided to come back with update.
When I came back I saw I was even farther behind. I made it my personal goal to get to a high level by the end of this Summer, which seemed to be going farely well until I was turned into an uber tank (I won't name names) and then leveled like once a week (It sucked). So now I am back to being a hybrid and have leveled twice in the like 4 days I have been one.
Sorry for long post. But this game is all I live for
