I have to say that there is no doubt in my mind that KotOR was my absolute favorite game of all time. My top favorite games list is brutally hard to decide, but I'd say (in random order):
KotOR i&II
Pokemon Crystal/Blue
Ocarina of Time
Super Smash Bros.
Shadow of the Colossus
Halo original trilogy
Phantasy Star Online
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
Just listing these makes me want to list EVERY game I really enjoyed haha. Also, if you're new to the MMO genre and enjoyed KotOR, Bioware's The Old Republic might be interesting for you. That game and Celtic Heroes are the only two things I'm really focusing on in my free time at the moment.
