Can’t sigh into my character 123 Rouge please help

Hi guys can’t access my character can’t be bothered to level all over again any ideas.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by selecting 'Forgotten Password' in the Options Menu at the sign-in screen. You will need to have registered your email to your account in order to use this process.
If you haven't registered your email, please email [email protected] with your Character Name, Server, and Username? They will help you recover your account.
