#1Hello, my name is chase from the great world of Taranis. It is a pretty good world, but could work on getting newer people to start coming more often, and some of the people may not be the nicest, but taranis is pretty great so come check it out! I have been playing celtic heroes since early august, testing out things, discovering places, and mainly figuring out the game, and i think i have it down. Now i also wanted to make a great suggestion to the support team. I highly suggest you start to hire more people, because this game is growing significantly and 13 support team cannot handle the innumerable amount of tickets. Yes, i know you wouldn't get payed as much, so you think. See, this game needs to be updated more frequently. I mean the slower the updates, the less people will want to keep playing. Plus, if you spend a little bit of your profit on ads, you could reel in an enourmous quantity of novices to this game. The more people means the quicker the updates, answered tickets, and more. Please take this into some serious consideration, because you have to spend money to make money. Thanks
We will be sure to increase the team size, we are busy hiring right now which should help a lot going forwards as the game and player base expands.
Ooh I think otm should hire voice acters some newbies don't enjoy reading and they quit the game not understanding just because they don't like to read.
