Hello Players :)

Heya I am Morgana and I lead the Support team as well as helping out community. I felt it was about time to come of hiding and to say hello as well as be more active on the fourms
So hello there. A few wee facts about myself then, just incase you wish to know more about me
I've been gaming from a young age, my first console that was mine though was a sega mega drive which I dearly miss. At the moment I'm playing a lot of skyrim, minecraft and waiting on final fantasy 14 reborn. I have a fondness of jaffa cakes, love anything cute and have the habit of thinking I've lost my phone when it's in my hand or even when I'm talking on it -.-
Anyways I'm starting new characters in game too so you may catch me online, mainly during the weekends if your lucky (or unlucky
).

It's always good to see another member of the OTM team integrating with the player base (even though you may get bashed a lot

Thank you for the lovely welcome ^^
I can assure you that the support team works hard at trying to help as many players as is possible but that due to some issues being more complex than others, our response time may dip from time to time espically when a new expansion or event has just gone live. If we haven't responded to you in a two week period of time then please resend a ticket. If we are spamemd with the same requests this will only slow down the process more as we open EVERY ticket sent in.
However this thread was mainly just to say hi not to try and explain how the team works. I am sorry if you feel as though we have let you down in some way.

Nice to see u out from hiding and welcome. Hope u play on Crom and say hello! We have something in common for u the phone for me it's the house key lol. I'm PurpleRain in game been playing a lot for the pass two months. Hopefully I wont end up looking for the ipad in hand! Nice to have u with us
