Hello everyone I'm FriendlyHoboMan! I'm a member of Crom and participate in something called Pvp Camping! Now you may be wondering, "WHAT'S THAT," well I'll fill you in. Pvp camping is something I've introduced, and is the process of staying at, or camping a certain level (of your choosing) for Pvp purposes! After hearing so many complaints of boredom on this game I looked for the most abandoned aspect of the game and recycled it to form my said idea! I hope I'm not stealing anyone else's previously established idea but here on Crom it's apparent no one has :? My main account is a lvl 112 Rouge and I have two current Pvp campers OhNoSheDidnt and SuperHobo. OhNoSheDidnt is my original camper and is a lvl 15 Druid Rank 11/29 GroveWalker :D My current work in progress camper is SuperHobo, a lvl 20 Ranger. To be good at camping you may need some lux but honestly if you can strategize you can be top notch! :)

I'm not all blood and gore; I have my hobbies too! My absolute favorite thing to do, besides play Celtic Heroes  is read manga and watch Anime! My favorites are Naruto, Fairy Tail, One Piece and Bleach(WHY'D YOU GET CANCELED ) I'm currently in highschool and I kinda like school, because I'm a nerd. ;) After highschool I want to work into being a pharmacist! The medical field is the most appealing to me and I'm ready to work hard to get what I strive for! Anyways thanks for reading about me and I hope to find some great friends on the forum! :D If you ever decide to become a camper DON'T worry about your Pvp Rating always look forward to those lovely Rankups!

Sorry to spoil your fun but you didn't come up with "pvp camping." :|

Gearing out a low level character and keeping its level static for pvp purposes is not a new concept.

That idea has been around since the early days of CH, and MMOs in general. It's called twinking.
In MMORPGs, twinking refers to a character gaining equipment with the assistance of a higher level character, particularly by giving said low level character higher level equipment that is otherwise unattainable, or the process of keeping a video game character at a low level while using in-game currency, earned by a high level character, to provide it with superior equipment.
I used to have a twink level 4 ice mage named Elsa on Arawn. (She totally kicked ass.)

There are plenty of twinks in CH—probably due to the fact that heroic lux (ammy, boots, gloves, helm, shield) have no level requirement, and neither do the older mounts (avalanche sled, sultan's carpet). However, because there is no tangible reward (not including pride) for having high pvp rank, most twinks eventually level up.

Twinking sounds like a fairy :? But I guess I'll just have to get used to being called that lol! Thanks for informing, I've never heard of that word before; guess I'm not a crazy gamer
