I guess I may have never registered my account. Haven't played in sometime. I went to login in and it won't allow me to. I tried to change password and also unable to do so. I have sent emails to get more advance help. Still unable to get any help. I would really appreciate any help to be able to log my account again. I've spent alot of cash on this and just really frustrated I can't login. Thanks in advance!

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

Looks like they sent you the account details but you replied you were being presented with character creation screen?

You are most likely signed into a different world server.

Sign into your account and proceed through character creation, then tap the globe icon found on the left before entering play.

This will allow you to change worlds to that which you previously made characters on.
