I'm not even that high lvled and noobs spam me with friend requests. I feel bad when I reject them though.
When a druid sends me a friend request, I'm a little more lenient. But I still gotta thank LCook94 for accepting my friend request. (He's lvl 143. )

You gotta understand from the high lvls point of view. I'm 150 so I'd like to say I'm up there in lvls. I get at least 10+ friend requests a day from random noobs. It's annoying. Talk to the person first. I don't like talkin to low lvls. They are of no use to me at that moment in the game. My rule is for friends list is you must be over lvl 100 and not annoy me. I used to add everyone if they ask. And be nice and stuff. But low lvls always ask and stuff. Gotta do stuff for yourself. I had to start being mean to get people to leave me alone. Hey I enjoy more peace and quiet.

I have so many friends, when i try and find them and there offline, it takes me like 3 minutes,

Lol me too it takes like 5 min to get to my offline friends

It means alot to the lower levels to ne helped out in a legitimate situation. I am not talking about friend request or annoyance. It could be the long term impression that could make the person stick around just from something so little as help him with a quest or give advice on a build. If that new player reaches out and no one guides him he might just say screw this game and try something else. I know that on Morrigan Eliminater is the only one who I have seen try to help others no matter level. As for the rest well they could care less and see newbs as an inconvenience to them. Just remember that the more that play and ultimately buy plat, the more content gets developed.

Is a personal choice , you can help kill bosses ( stonevale,defectors,catacombs) and make a few k's , i recently clean my friend list as many 1k ppl , The game keeps in your friend list ppl who has delete their chars so you see many repeating names with diferent class, must ppl who is no helped quits.

Every low lvl you help got at 40/40/20 chance the stays and grow, they quit or stay forever noob,
the worlds. Need growing clans aka subclans to raise players to expand the game but this takes time and a lot
Gold and dedicated ppl. All veterans can make a alt high lvl with in. A few weaks. But a new player cant .

Well whoever made this post sounds like a noob to me. I understand there side of the story. I'm giving a high lvls side of the story. Low lvls shouldn't make posts like this of they don't want negative feedback either. I'm not being mean I'm just giving our side of the story.

If I joined a game and people were mean to me for not being a certain level, I would quit. If I am killing a boss and a noob needs the kill for a quest, I will let that person in. If there is a level 20 i see around with a shoreline dagger and I have a langsax in my bag, I would give it to him/her. If one of my clannies needs help with something, I will do it if i'm able. If I get a friend request, I will accept.

When I started playing the highest level in the game was 45. At level 20 a lvl 40 helped get me plate armor, which at the time was like giving me diamond armor. I leveled myself to 45 a little while after. After that I stayed ahead. The game was way funner because a high level(was high at the time) helped me. Having 1000+ friends is not a big enough inconvenience for me to offend thousands of people, because I will not accept their request. If you want friends that talk to you, why not talk to them?

I have no issue helping low levels and I have in the past weeks grouped players below level 50 for ironspike or redbane for example. But the problem is after you help them, some of them keep coming back to spam you with group invites and that can sometimes put me off or irk me. For some bosses especially the OW bosses, dont expect me to help you kill them if you are say a level 60 plus. It is not so much that I do not want to help but I dont want to be the sucker spamming pots and idols while the low level in the group just free ride at my expense. and it doesnt matter whether u need help to complete a quest.
