Very sad day......nty acct was stolen. I did not give user name or password to anyone I have no reason to....my husband and son also play game. I don't understand how or why someone would do this to me! My avatar is Sabre. Much money has been spent and the current user is selling all my items. I have many great friends trying to help me within the game but I'd really like to get my Druid back just the way she was....much time has been spent to level this character and it breaks my heart that someone could be so mean. Any help from support would be appreciated. I dont want to quit game but may be left with no choice.

Even if artio or you hate me i would never want lughs best Druid (at the moment I think) to her account if it's the same hacker as dglove some noob or someone is gaining items and gold just report it and find someone who is rapidly lvling or gaining alot in few time

Hi there, I disabled this account yesterday as soon as I heard about the issue, the support team will investigate and take action as necessary. I checked and the account was disabled before any items were traded, so you shouldn't have lost any gold or items.

I've looked a bit more and there was definitely no hacking, it was most likely some kind of sharing whether on purpose or inadvertently. The support team will have a thorough look through this on Monday.
