I have more than a year asking for OTM to tell us who the main characters of the scammers are in all servers to see who we really trust on the game, But they still holding this information , this only benefit the same ppl who ruin the game for dozen of others players. And you loose customer that way you try to recommend this game in other mmo games and they say the same think the scamming is so bad , that lack of content .

You are not protecting the players when you dont divulge this information only the bad apples in the game get protectoon as the system is now not honest players.

I don't overly understand why IP bans won't work on servers. You would think that most scammers aren't technical geniuses, just manipulative ones. Ban their IP's as well as the account and let the fall off of scammers begin.
