Everyone should know by now, the in game Support messages get items switched in no time.
Faster than logging in to forum, posting, then waiting for a reply.

I'm am sorry but I don't believe in registering my email into games... That's why I quit Playing other games like celtic heroes... U guys can't refund from forums?

I'm sure they can if there is a reason, like not registering your email address.
But why don't you have a spam email address for games that you use? I do and I never even log into it.
Also do you have to register an email address to get into the forum? I thought you did.

Hi there, if you don't want to use the ingame support, you can alternatively send a message to [email protected], however the ingame version will get you a much quicker response.

I have an email that is my personal account, used for formal emails and sources I trust and an email account for sources that are less trustworthy and/or short-term. I have linked the secondary email to my personal account so all emails go to one account but if I ever have a problem with the unofficial email, I can always unlink it and so it doesn't cause any problems.

So they can't refund from forums? I honestly don't want Celtic to have my email... no offense to u.... All I want is my money back because I bought wrong trident... I would like an answer... Can u refrund from here or no?

I am getting quite mad because I can't do anything withOut my new gold trident... Could support please refund my gOld so I can get training and boss killing again....

Just register ur email the forums rnt for complaining also I registered my email I haven't gotten an email from them since I registered.
