My brother bought $10 worth of plat last sat. he did not recieve the plat but the money was taken and his game keeps messing up, i tryed it on my ipod for a $1 to see if that might of been the problem, but it still did not work and my game keeps messing up too on my ipod. and i did not recieve plat either i wrote to support last sat. and i still have had no response. can you "please" help. we hope this can be resolved soon.

This sounds like a connection issue, and it seems as though the Platinum transaction has not fully completed.

First of all, can you fully turn off your device, turn it back on, and then launch Celtic Heroes.

If that doesn't work, please try connecting to the game using a different WiFi connection to the one you normally use. This should complete the Platinum transaction, and solve your issue.

Please note that the transaction must be completed on the device that was used to buy the Platinum.

Well i had the Same problem, msged support and they said thay didnt recieved my money . But it went of my iTunes account.
And now my iPod always ask to fill in my iTunes password .

I sent them proof of the itunes receipt.

Well Apple sended me an e-mail/ confirmation that i buyed plat and payed money to OTM.
To what e-mail adress can i send this proof?

I can not play either I tried to buy plant. Also and sice then I can't get past the screen to agree to the world u want and have lost the continue button on the log in screen. I have tried to reload the game twice with no better results. I just want to play I don't care about Tge plat.

Now I chafed wifi and switched back and it worked

If you have tried all of the above solutions and your Platinum has still not appeared, please contact the Support Team using the in-game tool, and describe your situation.
