That's a nice bow for lv 95 versus the lvl 110 one with regards to dmg. Personally i would have thought the basic determination of a weapon is in its dmg + speed composition. Basically higher level weapon should have higher level dmg + speed composition. I would use a lvl 80 diamond that can be easily procured as a baseline. The Lvl 130 weapons only yield very minor improvements in speed for 3-4 points incremental damage over a lv 80 diamond weapon, but requires 50 lvls more in order to use it. Also diamond gives incremental dmg with the +200 weapon abilities which also implies chance of hitting improvements too.

YES there has been slight improvements to the dmg with the latest patch. My question is, are they sufficient for a 50 lvl requirement on weapon?

I have been grinding all day and have not seen a single rare dropper. I gained around 3 bars of xp at cultists and I am level 142

thats why they are called rare.

i killed an apprentice of black eye and apprentice of another eye or something...
one in light blue eyes, the other is in purple eyes area.
too bad both dropped twisted weapon fragments only...

not sure whether they are random spawn point or static like the wise mob.

Yeah you gonna keep grinding continuously for hours. Been doing it for a week. On average, if you keep clearing all mobs, you will get 1 apprentice spawn per hour or 2. Master spawn (What you really want) takes about 6-12 hrs and sometimes 1-2 days.

Apprentice weapons drops prob 1 in 10 kills. Master has a higher rate of dropping a weapon, but not always.

Seems as though you get one a day lol

Surely there are rare weapons for classes other than warrior and ranger. Right? But seriously, some of those bows look quite nice.
