Title means all .. What does the yellowbbar on the stats pages means? right under the orange XP bar ?

I would like to know too, but what i think it means is how much you have to go before one small orange bar goes up.

For example the orange bar is divided up into 10 little bars equalling 100% completion (each small bar being 10%). That would mean the yellow bar would indicate the time needed to fill up one 10% bar.

You will notice that the red XP bar is broken up into small bar segments.
The yellow bar represents the current XP bar segment you are in.

In other words, it shows you a more detailed (zoomed in) view of the current XP bar segment, so you know how much more XP you need to fill that bar segment.

As mentioned by Kril, the yellow bar is basically 1/10th of the full Red bar, or equal to 1 of the 10 sub-sections of the red bar.

Yes, red bar is progress toward next level divided into 10% sections.
The yellow bar is 10% of a level with each section being 1% toward next level.
This is how ppl can tell you that they are 47% toward next level -- you can figure out exact percentages.
